Hello everyone and welcome to another Old School RuneScape skill guide. Today, I’ll be presenting my revamped 1-99 Agility guide.

This skill serves two crucial functions in the game. First and foremost, a higher Agility level results in faster regeneration of your run energy, which is essential for efficient movement.

Second, Agility enables you to utilize various shortcuts throughout the game, enhancing your overall navigation. While Agility may not be the most popular skill due to its repetitive nature of clicking and running in circles, I’m here to guide you through the most efficient training methods, helping you level it up swiftly.

If you don’t want to train agility yourself, you can buy osrs accounts that already have agility trained.

Quests Providing Agility Experience:

Before diving into the training methods, let’s explore the quests that offer Agility experience. These quests play a vital role in boosting your Agility level, especially in the early stages of training. While some quests have Agility level requirements, they are worth completing as they provide valuable experience points.

Recommended Quests:

While there aren’t any mandatory quests for training Agility, a few are highly recommended due to the benefits they offer. Although the following quests are not essential, they will significantly improve your training experience and efficiency:

“The Sins of the Father”: Upon gaining access to the vampire city of Darkmeyer, you can train at the Hallowed Sepulchre. This agility course offers exceptional experience rates and is one of the best training methods in the game.

“Song of the Elves”: After completing this quest and gaining access to Prifddinas, you can train at the Prifddinas Agility Course. This course awards crystal shards that can be exchanged for experience or other useful items.

“Monkey Madness I & II”: Completing these quests allows you to train at the Ape Atoll Agility Course. While the experience rates here aren’t the highest, the monkey backpack reward adds a unique touch to your character.

“Priest in Peril” and “Creature of Fenkenstrain”: These quests unlock the Werewolf Agility Course, providing an alternative training method.

Below are all the quests that give agility xp and their respective requirements.

Useful Items:

While training Agility doesn’t require many specific items, some can greatly enhance your experience:

Graceful Outfit: Obtainable by using marks of grace obtained from rooftop courses, this outfit not only reduces weight but also provides passive energy regeneration based on the number of pieces worn.

Ring of Endurance: This ring can be charged with stamina potions to extend their duration, saving you some inventory space during training. It can cost quite a bit, so if you need some ez gold, click here.

Summer Pie: Boosts your Agility level by 5, enabling you to access certain courses earlier than your current level allows.

NOTE: These items can help with agility training a lot. If you train agility on rooftops, you will get graceful outfit sooner or later, so don’t worry about it. Until you get it I really recommend using stamina potions. It will speed up your xp rates dramatically.

Agility Courses (1-72):

Here’s how you start from level 1 if you didn’t bother doing quests. These courses offer solid experience rates and are an efficient way to level up.

Gnome stronghold agility course: If you didn’t do any quests, here is where you should train your agility up to level 10. You can get there by teleporting to Tree Gnome stronghold via Spirit tree teleportation, grand seed pod or royal seed pod. Another way is using a necklace of passage – teleport to Outpost and walk from there.

Draynor Village Rooftop Course: Start training here at 10 agility and train up to 20. The fastest way here is with an amulet of glory teleport.

Hallowed Sepulchre:

At level 72 Agility, you gain access to the Hallowed Sepulchre, which is widely regarded as the best Agility training method in the game. This course offers superior experience rates and also provides an opportunity for profit. So if you end up making more gold than you know what to do with, you can make real money by selling it.

The Hallowed Sepulchre features five floors, each with unique challenges and obstacles. Successfully navigating these obstacles requires precision and timing. Additionally, you can loot chests for valuable rewards, including hallowed marks that can be used to purchase items from the shop.

Floor 5 of the Hallowed Sepulchre offers the most lucrative rewards, including the coveted Ring of Endurance. This ring can extend the duration of stamina potions, enhancing your training efficiency.

This method is very difficult to explain in a written guide, so if at level 72 you want to try it out, watch this guide:

Alternative Methods:

While the recommended methods are the most efficient, several alternative options are available for training Agility:

Barbarian Fishing: This method involves training Agility passively while Barbarian Fishing. While the experience rates are lower, it’s a viable option if you wish to multitask. You will also gain strength xp. If you train here to 99 fishing, by the time you’re finished, you will have roughly 73 agility.

Wilderness Agility Course: Located in the Wilderness, this course offers decent experience rates but carries the risk of player killers. It’s an option for those seeking a challenge.

Agility Pyramid: This desert activity offers moderate Agility experience while also providing some profit. It’s a viable option for Ironman accounts.

Ape Atoll Agility Course: Unlocked after completing Monkey Madness, this course offers unique challenges and experience rates.

Crystal Agility Courses: After completing “Song of the Elves,” you can train at the Prifddinas Agility Course. This course provides good experience rates and awards crystal shards.

Warewolf agility course: This is a great alternative for 60-99 agility. To use this course you will need to complete Creature of Fenkenstrain quest and wear ring of charos.
